Department of Employment & Grading

To ensure continuous improvement, a grading system is implemented for teachers and staff:

• Minimum of two years of experience is required before promotion.
• Teachers must complete assigned readings and submit written insights.
• Higher levels require exams and research assignments.

Staff assignments, transfers, and removals are managed through this department, with dismissals requiring approval from the Ifta department.
