Examination Department

A transparent examination system is essential to assess the achievement of educational objectives. Exams are also necessary for developing students' academic maturity, depth of knowledge, agility, discipline, and moral character. The Examination Department oversees the semi-annual and annual exams conducted in Jamiat-tul-Madina.

Examination Process

  • Exam Forms & Paper Preparation: Students fill out exam forms, and teachers prepare question papers, which go through composing, rechecking, and printing before distribution to all campuses.
  • Appointment of Invigilators: Invigilators are appointed from different campuses.
  • Establishment of Exam Centers: After the exam, answer sheets are checked at designated exam centers where teachers are assigned for evaluation. These centers serve multiple campuses, ensuring uniform assessment.
  • Appointment of Inspectors: Senior teachers (inspectors) review the evaluated answer sheets and provide recommendations.
  • Rechecking: If a student is dissatisfied with their result, they can request rechecking by paying a prescribed fee. If an error is found, the fee is refunded.
  • Supplementary Exams: Students failing in one or two subjects (but not more than three) get a chance to retake the exam following the annual exam structure.
  • Result & Certification: Students receive printed result cards used for future exam registrations. Any errors in result cards or certificates can be corrected upon request. Throughout the year, various certificates and legal documentation are processed.
